About

Established Modular Architects in 2012 by U Khaing Win Lat, Managing Director.
Composed with staffs including efficient Senior Architects who have the experience of 10 to 15 years including 3 to 7 years of Singapore and enthusiastic architects, assistant architects and other effective staffs.
Most of the senior architects are used to be teaching staffs from Yangon and Mandalay Technological Universities for years also and they have the fluent knowledge on the architectural theory and they’ve practiced as architects at local and abroad architectural firms.
Today, Modular Architects are working at multiple scales and dealing with authorities to attain various organizations right for our clients.
Our team has grown in strength with strong exposure in designing architecture and urban planning, affordable housing, government projects, high rise office and residential towers, Corporate Offices, Commercial Buildings, Educational Buildings, Hotels and Resorts, Hospitals, mixed-use development, Parks and new town planning and landscaping.
Our team proudly involved in several contribution works for the society, the professional development (AMA, MAC, YTU, etc.) and the consultation of architectural guidelines for the authorities (YCDC, MOC, DOA, etc.)
We identified the consultants required and work out the best way to get their input and develop idea We maintain a hands on involvement with each project through all phases. These commitment has led our firm success with constant clients.
