Interior design and renovation of the penthouse in a four floor walk-up. The design involved the removal of plywood partitions and drop ceiling to reveal the existing roof trusts, the creation of a new mezzanine with a floating timber and steel stair design. The mezzanine provided considerable more living space for the owner to be used as a lounge and additional sleeping area.
