Hotel BALMI Yangon, Myanmar. A commission came in with weak facade expression and barely done reception area of a Yangon Downtown business hotel. We used it’s brand color to reunite every elements in its existing facade which is under construction. We make all entrances bigger and taller covering its exposing electrical transformer with newly designed laser-cut panels with patterns based on its logo. We refined the interior of dining area at top floor without altering much of its original design. The bonus area is ” The glasshouse bar” at the terrace. It is intended to serve as a conservatory in which the guests can appreciate Yangon night views, even in the raining season.
