This Project was very first project for MOPA Design when the company was established in Myanmar. It was located in Myakanthar street near Pyay Road and Inya Lake. The proposal was completed and submitted for YCDC but it was failed to get permission due to neighbors did not sign for approval of construction. It was 12 stories residences building with high end luxury living environment. The building was fluid design with curve and angle to view Inya lake and Yangon University compound. The Plot size was 100 ft x 130ft.
