This is a renovation project and the existing building is built in 1950. The project aims to be a regional guest house of Ayeyawaddy Division for national authority. While designing. the original characters of the building are kept and the regional character of Ayeyawaddy is integrated into the interior space. And the outdoor landscape area is re-design for holding events.
