Architectural and Interior design of Yuzana Tea House and Shop on Nawaday Street, Dagon township in Yangon. Work comprised of complete new electrical and mechanical systems and upgrades to structure. The interior design and renovation of the two storey heritage residential building, one of the only remaining residences of that period on the street, creates comfortable living spaces that introduce modern facilities while respecting the original features and structure. The new two story retail shop for the pickled tea leaf is a contemporary design that works with the existing proportion and scale of the heritage building.
